Elkammah Justice CIC (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a Community Interest Company registered in England & Wales, providing regulated immigration, asylum and housing advice. We are regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA), organisation registration N202309818.

• Your name and contact details (email, phone, WhatsApp number, preferred language).
• Details of your immigration, asylum or housing matter you choose to share with us.
• Correspondence you exchange with us, including messages and documents you upload.
• Technical information (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected automatically.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Respond to your enquiry and provide the advice or service you have asked for.
• Meet our regulatory, legal and record-keeping obligations as an IAA-regulated adviser.

We keep client records for the period required by our regulator and by law — typically six years after the end of the matter, unless a longer period is required.
